Acts 27:33-35

³³ And as the day dawned, Paul encouraged them all to eat, saying, “This is the fourteenth day that you have expectantly waited, and continued fasting, receiving nothing.

³⁴ “Therefore I encourage you to eat! For this is for your safety. For not a hair shall fall from the head of any of you!”

³⁵ And when he had said this, he took bread (and gave thanks to God in the presence of them all), and broke it, and began to eat.
